Shipping — Canada & United States 

Yigleam Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with YiGleam (operated by 9449-1321 Quebec Inc.). Please review our shipping terms for all orders placed through our online store.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within Canada and the United States .

  • International shipping outside these regions is not available at this time.


3. Canada Shipping

  • Origin & Carrier: Orders ship from Montreal, Canada via Canada Post.

  • Options & Rates:

    • Standard (3–9 business days) — CA$10 flat rate for orders under CA$100

    • Free Standard Shipping — Orders CA$100+

    • Express (1–2 business days) — CA$25 flat rate


4. U.S. Shiping

  • Origin & Carriers: Orders ship from Montreal, Canada via Canada Post / UPS.
  • Options & Rates:
    • Standard (4–10 business days) — US$12.90
    • Express (2–5 business days) — US$24.90
    • Free Standard Shipping — Orders US$149+
  • Important Notes:
    • Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
    • U.S. orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon delivery (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid). These charges are not collected at checkout and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
    • If a parcel is refused due to duties/taxes, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from the refund.
    • We do not currently collect U.S. state sales tax. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

5. Tracking & Responsibility

  • All shipments include a tracking number.

  • YiGleam is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  • If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please email us at yigleam@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.


6. Address Changes

  • Please contact us before your order ships if you need to change your shipping address.

  • Once dispatched, we are unable to reroute parcels.
